Leak protection system AS-2
Designation
Safety device for monitoring potential leaks in :
- Collection tanks under a storage tank, burner or engine
- Containment basins under fuel oil appliances
- Containment basins under pipes and conduits
Application
Intended for use with fuel oil, biofuel, diesel, EMAG (FAME), water, oil-water mixtures (+1°C à +70°C), industrial oil, urea solution, heavy heating oil, liquid fertiliser (AHL, ASL, HAS), other water-hazardous, non-flammable liquids and flammable liquids with a flash point above > 55°C.
Operation
An audible and visual alarm is triggered when a leak of a water-hazardous liquid is detected in a designated collection area. In the event of an alarm, the device connected to the AS-2 socket will immediately shut down.
- Operating status indicator : green LED
- Audible and visual alarm : red LED

- AS-2 connector for direct connection to a 230 V socket
- PTC thermistor, encapsulated in stainless steel probe
